I have noticed a lot of slacking, when it comes to the homeless & hungry and they need our help,†states Mimi Johnson. Cinceria Rainer continues, “And after traveling the world, knowing these conditions are terrible, it shouldn’t exist right here in our own backyard.†They encourage those that attend to bring canned goods or clothing for discount admission. The Caustic Ent’s fans, family, friends and the community bring clothes, canned goods, non-perishables, blankets, shoes, etc., monthly to support Zaban Adult Shelter/Atlanta, GA.
Caustic Ent Group have filled the void of true Vocalists and MC’s left by the retirement of Phyllis Hyman, Salt-N-Pepa,
MC Lyte Since 2002, They've performed with numerous well-known artists and promoters, including KRS-ONE, Joan Cartwright, Mr. Jonz, Free Forum Xchange, Angie Griffin, OBK, Indigo, Suns, & many more. They have been featured on the Greater Atlanta Music Festival, Sweet Auburn Festival, Birmingham Heritage Festival, National Black Arts Festival, Juneteenth Festival and are known at such Atlanta venues like Apache Cafe, Red Train, Mambo Room, The Royal Peacock, The Five Spot and Irish Bred. Not to mention, the independent tours they've done throughout the USA East and West Coast and in Europe . Through hard work and determination, the label has produced the tracks and rhymes of Johnson's late husband,
