------------------------------------------------DARKSIDE BIO-----------------------------------------------Well i was never really into garage when i was at school, i was more of a hip hop person. when i started work i use to get so bored i took a walkman in and listen to tapes. my brothers mates done a tape of them djin and mcin. Big up Boomflex, Maximo, Overload and Impress). couldnt stop playin that tape, then i started gettin into it myself with the help of my mate Little C. i started off with the name of Stuart C and we formed Gemini C (dont laugh). after that another mate was startin to spit some lyrics. Mc Adw. so together we would go to some mates houses and mine and get the stereo and put pure garage and plug the mic on and record it. No1 wanted to dj so i decided to buy some decks and start praticin. we all decided to change our names so Little C changed to Kapo Mc and Mc Adw changed to lyrical and i changed to Darkside. few more of our mates started to join in (Big up Conflict and Mikey B aka Take Control) we started gettin noticed from local mcs and djs on the street and started hookin up with them to do sets. (Big Up Grime Time. Spit, Quakie, Jamo, Terroist Kaotic) a little while after that DJ MASSACRE decided to write some lyrics but also got some decks and started to mix and we formed Explicit Crew. concerntratin more on the mixin he got better and better and we started doin sets wit the boys that got me into the garage seen The Lock N Load Squad. Massacre started djin in the barnyard pub every friday and we all use to go down there and mc(Bare mc's der). Maximo had a link with www.phatbeats.net and brought me down to the first set. after a while they took my mate lyrical down there and both of us would go on rotation. I bumped into a old mate i meet in enfield town one time when he was handin out cd's of hes new tune and we was surposed to meet up and work on a tune 2gether (G Bear). he was also on phatbeats so he would take me up there aswell.(Big up Bonzo, Flow, Jammin D). After awhile i stoped goin up to the studio for abit but stayed in contact with the listeners and management of phatbeats. when it was time me and Massacre decided to do a demo cd for phatbeats (big up the mic not comin out on the cd. lol) Studio Manager Maz liked the mixin and gave us a set on phatbeats (Saturday 1 til 3pm. out to u maz!) massacre started djin in the blackhorse pub and i would go down there and go back 2 back with him before i would head to phatbeats to do shows wit Dj Blitz. We got got a set on xtreme fm 101.7 on a saturday 10 til 12 mornin show but left der just after christmas due to personal problems which is a shame cause xtreme was nang but now in the new year its all about startin fresh so me and dj blitz ave just landed a set on vision fm on a thursday nite 10 til 12 and changed shows on phatbeats to thursday nite 7 til 9 so hopefully all goes well. Anyways make sure u lock into the shows ( www.phatbeats.net Thurs 7 til 9 or Vision fm 88.4 Thurs Nite 10 til 12) Safeeeeeeeee ------------------------------------------------------------

-------------------------------JAY BLITZ BIO ------------------------------------------------- Dj Blitz is 21 from north london, and has been a Dj for around 6 years under the name of Dj jaymyson after his nickname, he started being a Dj just for a hobbie mixing Drum and Bass and Uk garage after being inspired by none other than the Dj EZ, but after two years of practice and some good feedback from family and friends he decided to take his Djing to the next level and carried on with his progress. The first thing that Blitz first had to do was change his dj name as of the now famous dj jameson brought out "True". Dj N-E-G (short terms for Dj energy) was taken as the name that he decided to take for the next level which unfortunatly did not last long as Dj Blitz found out that someone else had that name also. Dj Blitz was then taken and is now the name he still uses to this day. Dj Blitz first taste of playing a live set in a radio based enviroment was a internet station named pleasure Radio which played every kind of music from uk garage to drum and bass through to Us house and trance. After spending 6 months on this station doing wednesday nights 8-10 Dj Blitz got an offer from a new internet station Destiny-Live. Dj Blitz stayed at Destiny-Live for around a year before meeting someone who offered him a offer that could not be refused. The contact that Blitz got was none other than Ak Steppa a dj who Blitz knew through going to local events and listening to other stations, and the offer was a guest set on www.phatbeats.net a internet station that Blitz knew of very well and was very eager to get on. Dj Blitz first guest appearance was on Valentines day 2006 with a good friend of his and Host/DJ Luvbite. After that day Blitz also done some grave yard shifts of times from 3am till 9am to get his foot in the door. Blitz and Darkside also now has a regular set on www.phatbeats.net on Thurs 7 til 9 and Vision fm 88.4 10 til 12 pm
