About Me

like a chord sung in dissonant a capella, some people are just doomed to survive. as a test of will, life dances, hollow and distant, and its shadow falls in a white glow. this city beckons and fails with its surreal purpose. all are lost in her gaze. if i were to paint my dreams, they would all be in black and white, so that everyone could understand. shots of green and brown liquor tow their punishment alongside, and with the volume of the lack of conversation, something and someone always gets lost in the shuffle. this is not who i aspire to be... a scene full of nobodys, masquerading as power, hungry for attention, lustful for the energy of meaningless conversation, popularity, and the overwhelming push to appear to be okay. i would rather be vulnerable, a guest in this world... we are all only here for a brief moment, so when that moment is gone, with what are we left? it's all just a song in our sountrack of life, and i, for one, will write the chorus as a verse and the verse as a bridge, because it's my life, and no one even comes close...
evolution, integrity, balance, passion... it is what those who are truly alive seek. through human filters and the desire to be accepted and appreciated, people lose sight of self and become the lie that they perpetuate. it's all fear and desire. do not do what you are told. do not betray those whom you love. do not take people and self for granted. life is absolutely nothing but a dream, and it's a beautiful dream that can be clouded by the environment which we have created. as children, the innocent beauty and freedom that exists grows into a warped sense of responsibility to a society that continues to prove itself wrong. that pure beauty is the one thing for which we should all be fighting.
i believe in chaos and anarchy. our country has become an incorporated, industrialized, poor entity, and our current governing body continues to abuse their positions and destroy our freedoms in the name of money, oil, and power. our society is drowning in poverty and our governing body manipulates our perception in the hopes that we will focus ourselves on media, consumption, and organized religion to soothe our pain. our country has become a monster capitalist corporation and our governing officials are the profiteering, money-hungry, bloodthirsty, CEOs. our true happiness and our environment will be non-existent if we don't open our eyes to the truth and begin to fight for our rights as a people. pursue the truth. question everything. NOW is the time.
make a difference...

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Marc, my friend, you gave your life in honor. We now owe it to you to live our lives grateful and with love. As we struggle to understand, let us continue to fight and pray for the madness to end...

sometimes we get so wrapped up in our everyday lives... the material desires, the hunger for success, the need for more, better... we forget not only the people around us who love and appreciate us, but more importantly, we forget the many millions who suffer and who lose their lives daily. our american, capitalist consumption continues to rise as our neighbors strive just to feed and educate themselves and their families. the real heroes of our age are in twofold: those who rise above the trappings of these extreme tests of life and those who take the time to make a difference in the lives of those who endure and through their energy and generosity, somehow ease the suffering of others. it takes only one.
