Tinuviel

Tinuviel si avvicina alla musica grazie ai genitori, imparando fin da piccola le nozioni del canto, della chitarra e del flauto. A 18 anni scopre le percussioni africane ed inizia a suonare con Mamadou Diouf, entrando a far parte del gruppo chiamato, prima "Tribal Africa" e poi Lampfall Djembe. Anni dopo incontra Alex Bottoni e formano il gruppo Afropolitamtam. Nel periodo successivo incontra Aguibou Djabatè, suo formatore sulle percussioni Doumdoum e fonda assieme a lui e ad Alex Bottoni il gruppo Ankhatà, con il quale lavorano per due anni , suonando in molte diverse realtà fra cui anche a Radio Popolare per la presentazione di un festival. Tinuviel approfondisce le sue esperienze andando in Africa a studiare e approfondire le percussioni iniziando a studiare anche la Kora, il Balafon e la danza africana. Recentemente ha realizzato moltissimi spettacoli con il gruppo Tumarankè ed il gruppo Beman Kan che l'hanno portata ad esibirsi anche al di fuori dei confini nazionali( Belgio, Slovenia,Croazia e Spagna.)Oggi Tinuviel vanta un esperienza decennale, che la porta ad essere una delle artiste non africane più complete, dalla percussione alla melodia, dalla danza alla teatralità, apprezzata da grandi artisti come Seydou Dao, Ismail Bangoura, Mama Adama Camara, Bebey Joula ed altri ancora.Nel suo percorso di apprendimento Tinuviel ha modo di studiare, suonare e danzare con molti maestri ed amici, Europei ed Africani:. . . . . . . . Tinuviel approached music in her family, taught by her parents the basic notions of singing. At the age of 18 she discovered the African percussions, playing with Mamadou Diouf in the group called first "Tribal Africa" and eventually “Lampfall Djembe”. When she met Alex Bottoni they founded the “Afropolitamtam” group and later on with Aguibou Djabatè, her Doumdoum trainer, they formed the new group “Ankhatà”. For two years tey performed in different places presenteing also a festival for Radio Popolare. During the year 2003, she visited Africa in order to deepen her skill in playing Kora, Balafon and African dance. Recently she toured Italy with the Tumarankè group performing also in Slovenia, Croatia and Spain. The present day Tinuviel boasts of a ten year experience, which makes her one of the non-African, most complete artist, who sings, plays drums and Kora, dances, and performs on stage. She is appreciated by great artists like Seydou Dao, Ismail Bangoura, Mama Adama Camara, Bebey Joula and more.
