Sets get cut up and part improvised live leaving no track untouched. busy rhythms. stuttering drum loops. screamed vocals. genre breaking music. no one can stand still. beats and bleeps flow from stuart's desk. ritchie thrashes out hard and fast guitar. smitt leaps about. shouting. chanting. keeping the crowd on their toes.

Stuart. keyboard musician @ 12. music producer @ 18. film soundtracks @ 25. preference for hard. needle thin. penetrating synthesizer sounds. significant basslines. only uses his own chopped up and broken down drum loops.

Ritchie. alternative metal guitarist. unafraid to experiment. successful tours across asia and u.k with funk jazz band samadi. lead writer and producer for alternative metal band streamline. signed to plastic head distribution records and toured the u.k.

Smitt. seeks out breaks and beats. lyrics closely linked to his own interests. the subconscious. science fiction. politics. vocal style is energised. angry shout. chants. raps.

January 2005. stuart and smitt join two other artists to form electro-pop band 'jamaha fut'. one year run. smitt and stuart go it alone to move into a harder and punchier direction. begin working under the name CRASH REPEAT. 2007. ritchie joins them.

It’s on.

They've played various underground parties (for breakbeat dj's lopan and sayso), dance clubs (funkatronic @ rooty's in birmingham for example) and indie pubs across the midlands (including wired @ bar 15 in burton). finalists in the surface unsigned festival. signed to mightyatomsmasher records.

Always ready to play non-commercial, unconventional, uncompromising electro/techno/metal.
