Generate your own contact table!Born 'Dwayne Domonick Grant' of Old Harbour Bay and The Bronx, he wasn't a fan of music until 1996 when his friend Biggie J introduced him to a song Puff Daddy and Faith Evan did called 'I'll Be Missing You' for the late Notorious B.I.G. He then started to listen to that particular a lot only to find himself in love with music.In 2004 he met Christopher ‘Spida" Boswell of the Refugee Camp and now Konvict Muzik who assigned the name D-teck to him with the help of his girlfriend. D-teck's then recorded his first two tracks CAN'T STOP WON'T STOP and THANKS.D-TECK exploded onto the music scene in 2004 with his track 'CAN'T STOP WON'T STOP', featuring Spida. He then Gained recognition in and around his community. With his popularity increasing among his peers, he was ask to joined the Galarush production and records family where he started to work on numerous projects with Biggie J, Ripley, Ice Bergz, Izula, Singa Mac and Monique.During this time with the Galarush Production Family, he discovered Richieloop's amazing talent of producing industry quality beats and introduced him to France the CEO of Galarush. Richieloops then formed his own production know as Dumstruck Productions from which D-teck gets the majority of his beats from.D-teck moved on to college and having little time to be around his production teams he met Damain ‘Cryptic’ Gray through Actor and Dub Poet Yuri Stewart aka Guineagog where they performed several times on campus and also gaining recognition there as well.He later crosses path with Enza of the Co-defendant family, Soundright, Konvict and 50/50 Records (Now G-unit South/Dj. Flipcyde Inc) they also collaborated on a few tracks.Through various performances in NYC D-teck Expanded his network, met Rick Threat Canadian rapper previously signed to A&M after one of his performance at John's Grill in Manhattan, Rick Threat realized how multitalented D-teck was and decided to feature him on a new album he was working on called 'The Loveolution' where D-teck sang the hook"is there a space reserved for me inside of heaven".D-teck also formed his own management company called D-teck Management/ Records and currently manages several individuals.Expect nothing but Greatness from D-teck !!(Bio to be updated soon)
