Alreet, I'm James.Moved to Liverpool to start at John Moores uni last September. Has been pretty up and down since I got here... made the odd choice to move on to a ship in the Albert Dock (no, I'm not a pathological liar OR a crackhead, this is actually true!) The idea was that it would be refurbished as a recording studio, the reality? ...It's been like living in a floating squat for the last six months, which has been fun, but pretty mental, and I swore to leave excess mentalness behind me in Leeds. The plans with ship have run aground as such and now I'm looking for a flat.Anyways, I'm doing history and american studies at uni with an eye to becoming some sort of journalist/writer. I've been writing bits n pieces of stuff for a while: reviewing electronic music nights, and writing stuff for a couple of leftie magazines. Look out for Hush Hush in Liverpool, new counter-culture magazine being launched in april which i've written some stuff for.
