Raised in North London, Devotion has come a long way since her childhood days when she used to dramatise about performing to a crowd while doing her chores. Her dreams have now become reality.The owner and visionary of M.O.M (Master of Miracles) record label and music Production Company, Devotion is utilizing all her musical skills and abilities for her own advantage and for the good of others.Her desires towards music started at school where she would beat drum rhythms on the tables and create some lyrics, thereby composing her own songs. Her creativity and wit brought about requests from her peers for regular performances of her songs. This further inspired her creative abilities to the point where she is now making a career of it.“I have always had a passion for music, as a child I grew up listening to Bob Marley, Luther Vandross, and Earth, Wind and Fire, they were an inspiration to meâ€An accomplished musician, producer, songwriter and performing artist, JD has wasted no time in finding her own space. She plays the drums, bass guitar and keyboards aptly as well as teaching music to others.Not contented with being just a musician and producer with her own studio, Devotion is also a performing artist, she raps and sings along to the lively and upbeat rhythms she creates.
