I started baby Angst late March 2007. It consists solely of yours sincerely. I wrote my first song, 'Secret Shell', during a period when things were shaky and uncertain, and the project soon evolved into something I've longed to do for a long time, musicwise and lyricwise. You could put it this way; it found me, not the other way round.
The music: Keeping it monotonous yet melodic. Sombre with a sultry touch. Made to make your imagination flow. I'm fond of happy sad.
The lyrics: In short and among many things; I find inspiration in lust, obsession, love, hate, nature, gothic and art nouveau imagery, the world of fetishism, the bizarre, daydreaming the obscure...

Influences: They invite you to enter. It is completely dark, so you could not see them even if they unfold what's in front of your eyes. It is quiet as well, quiet except for the sound of breathing. Breathing like under water, hissing. They now push you inwards, to something strange almost unimaginable that you have - although not yet aware of this - always dreamt of. Somebody now firmly takes hold of your arms and upper body and sweat breaks out on your lips, sweat breaks out all over. The compact darkness. The total enclosure. All this makes your body invisible to you and the ones surrounding you, and therefore extremely receptive to the now subtle, now unmerciful touches that suddenly come from everywhere and nowhere. Your excitement is mixed with the kind of fear that comes from being fully exposed to unknown hands. These hands that actually have good intentions - on their own bizarre conditions.
The touching stops. The beat begins. As it blends with the sound of your own pulse and your blood rushing and surging you hear these whispering voices, that softly yet demandingly order you to [...]
