The man behind "Studio 33" in Liverpool is Ronni O'Keefe. I would say almost a "Cult Icon" in Liverpool as he has worked with them all. Ronni started out in bands as a teenager, until he moved into "Sound Engineering and production work". In this time he had worked with The Farm, The Real People, The River City People, Annabella Lwin (Bow wow wow), Del Amitri, 29 palms, Singing Ringing Tree and his own band "The Spirits". He has been on tour with "Tina Turner, Joe Cocker, Richard marx, Sting" on many of them as sound engineer for the support acts........................................................
....................................He formed his own band "Singing Ringing Tree" (Later to be renamed The Spirits) in 1992 and eventually got management in "Bud Prager" (previously Foreigner & Megadeth) and a record deal with "Rocket Records". An Album called "Drive" was released in 1996, and video made in LA to "Drive".
The spirits shortly after split up and Studio 33 came out of the ashes.
Studio 33 has been around since 1995 and has had many bands in and out in its over ten years. Local bands like "Brubeck, The Ringing tree, Steal, CS Drift & Ste McNally (Ex bb mak) have all recorded there and come out with amazing results. Studio 33 has a SOLID STATE LOGIC desk and is also fully digital.
Ronni takes pride in giving his clients value for money and will not let any band go away with nothing more than near perfect... no matter how long it takes.

RONNI has been working with local singer/songwriter Maxi Dunn.
He produced and recorded a song for "Sensory Lullabies - The Ultimate Tribute to Jellyfish, which is available for purchase now at "Burning Sky Records".
Ronni has also produced and recorded "Flavor of the month" for the forthcoming "The songs of the posies revisited - Beautiful Escape" also performed by Maxi Dunn. This is due for release in the Spring sometime.
