From classical Pop Songs (“Last Goodbye”, “I Want You”) over dancable club tracks (“Catch My Fall”, “Obsession”) up to self-willed arranged and technically sophisticated songs (“All My Reasons”, “You, The One”) offer crush! everything that desires the electronics fan heart. Not amazingly crush! is “Jukebox Hero of the Week” by virtualvolume.com in July 2001 with “Last Goodbye”. With an outstanding majority of 55% all votes they referred their 4 competitors to the places. Arne Neuthor and Arne Krasemann could out-play their theatrical experience of many years with the TV-appearance following on it with NBC Giga, and directly after the Gig a manager was found: Dirk Münchow, who cares e.g. Isgaard (Schiller & Heppner). Before that crush! worked with the producers Don Gray and Sebastian Pobot (Laura), and Arne Neuthor had several experiences with Harold Faltermeyer (Axel F), Andrew Eldritch (Sisters OF Mercy), P.M. Sampson (incoming goods Love ton of Love) and the producer team Langeheinecke/Tepling (Teplings, DJ Digress). There were experiences of many years on the stage behind itself as Programmer and Keyboarder just like Arne Krasemann as Frontman and singer. The two Kieler boys have just as large experience within the Studio range, of the internal Projektstudio over the Kieler More Music, the R.SH Audioframe Studio, Red Deer Studio (Faltermeyer) up to productions of Munich Studios (Chris leBlanc etc.). Das Warten auf Musik mit Stil, weitab vom HipHop-Punk-X-Over oder Schulband-Rock, hat ein Ende!Nach der Trennung von Phase Four (John-Lennon-Talent-Award-Preisträger 1993, R.SH Preisträger 1993 und NDR Musikpreis Top20 1993) hat sich endlich wieder ein norddeutscher Act gefunden, der seit einigen Jahren durch die Verbindung von 80er Brit-Pop mit trendigen Sounds Maßstäbe im Bereich der elektronischen Pop-Musik setzt.Von klassischen Pop-Songs (Last Goodbye, I Want You) über tanzbare Clubtracks (Catch My Fall, Obsession) bis hin zu eigenwillig arrangierten und technisch ausgefeilten Songs (All My Reasons, You, The One) bieten crush! alles, was das Elektroniker-Herz begehrt.Nicht verwunderlich ist daher auch der erste Platz, den crush! beim Jukebox-Hero of the Week von virtualvolume.com im Juli 2001 mit Last Goodbye belegen konnten. Mit einer überragenden Mehrheit von 55% aller Votes verwiesen sie ihre 4 Konkurrenten auf die Plätze. Arne Neuthor und Arne Krasemann konnten bei dem darauf folgenden TV-Auftritt bei NBC Giga ihre langjährige Bühnenerfahrung ausspielen, so dass sich direkt nach dem Gig ein Manager fand: Dirk Münchow, der u.a. Isgaard (Schiller & Heppner) betreut. Zuvor haben crush! mit den Produzenten Don Gray und Sebastian Pobot (Laura) zusammengearbeitet, Arne Neuthor kann sich auf Coachings und Produzentenzusammenarbeiten mit Harold Faltermeyer (Axel F), Andrew Eldritch (Sisters of Mercy), P.M. Sampson (We Love To Love) und dem Produzententeam Langeheinecke/Tepling (Teplings, DJ Digress) berufen, und hat als Programmer und Keyboarder ebenso wie Arne Krasemann als Frontman und Sänger eine langjährige Erfahrung auf der Bühne hinter sich. Die beiden Kieler Jungs haben ebenso große Erfahrung im Studio-Bereich, vom hauseigenen Projektstudio über das Kieler More Music, das R.SH Audioframe-Studio, das Red Deer-Studio (Faltermeyer) bis hin zu Produktionen in weiteren Münchener Studios (Chris leBlanc u.w.). Die vorliegende CD ist ein Auszug aus der bisherigen Arbeit, und versucht, einen Querschnitt durch die Arbeit von crush! zu ziehen. Reinhören, und die 80s im neuen Gewand erleben!
