Influences: The Holy Spirit! Life....good times, hard times. Heartache...optimism in the face of adversity. Every sound I've ever heard and so many beautiful professional, inspiring vocalists including voices like, Yolanda Adams, Karen Clark Sheard, Chaka Khan, Gladys Knight, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Minnie Ripperton, Teena Marie...and Stevie Wonder and Donny Hathaway and Luther Vandross, Fred Hammond, Al Green and so many others... and the beautiful voices of so many people I've sung with in choirs and studios and concerts and theatre and the lady just getting out of her car going in the grocery store humming something good and making it swing.
