Energy follows thought. So be careful what you think, and think carefully. I believe God has given us this 3rd dimensional reality to learn from our actions. The way this is done is through the Law of Attraction. It's been taught by spiritual masters and holy ones for centuries. Basically, what you put your attention into, you get more of. Once you know the rules of the game you can choose to join the current evolutionary shift into 5th dimensional consciousness. Are you coming along?My passions are; playing musical instruments and creating positive uplifting music, physical exercise, tantra, and my favorite is golf. Whatever you're thinking when you swing, whether its a positive or negative, thats how the shot will turn out. Its like an instant feedback loop for learning how thoughts, directed by concentrated attention, become manifest. So for me, life is about learning how to steer the boat rather the just float with the currents, and at the same time, remain objective with unconditional love. Not an easy task, at least for most of us. I seek spiritual awareness, and use meditation and metaphysics for guidance and inspiration. I am a musician and play keyboards, acoustic, electric, and synth guitars. I have had several life experiences that have led me to Holistic healing and preventative medicine.
