After years of practicing and pefecting his cooking technique over the beautiful smoke billowing out of his small smoker grill, Lefty's BBQ is finally ready for the public. Friends and family were used as test subjects until the ingredients and preparation techniques were just right. Until now, this BBQ was only available through Invitation Only Parties thrown all over the United States. In the coming months bottles of sauce and dry rub will be available for purchase. Soon it is Lefty's hope that a restaurant will be opening.
CATERING NEWS!! As of September, Lefty's BBQ will be available through Lefty's new company, Green Planet Catering. While Green Planet will be based out of the Raleigh area and contain a vast menu of upper end, organic based food aimed at the corporate clientelle, Lefty's BBQ will be a major fixture. Catering around the North Carolina area is available and we'll pass along more info as the Green Planet website is finishing it's last part of design/launch. Everyone is very excited to help spread the myth about Lefty's BBQ so that the name will be strong enough to start opening restaurants in your area soon. Thanks for the continued support!
See what some of Lefty's clients have to say about this addictive BBQ:
"At first i was skeptical about having someone who doesn't have a restaurant or catering company and relies solely off of word of mouth, coming to my house and cooking BBQ for my guests. Lefty told me he'd charge me nothing if the guests weren't raving about the food. At the end of the night, I paid extra!" -- Sarah Stagman, owner of Stagman Promotions
"Nothing goes finer with Whiskey!" --Josh Daniel, Professional Musician (Harmony Sparks, The New Familiars)
"Keep your Memphis, St. Louis, Texas, and Bama style, pulled, chopped, ribs, briskett, and hot links. The best is located in the Triangle! Lefty's BBQ is the CURE for what ails ya!" --John Paul Parker, Neighborhood Theatre, Charlotte NC
"I've puked up the best brisket in Texas, thrown NC's best in the trash, traveled to Mongolia for their so called 'BBQ', and NOTHING compares to Lefty's!" --Jonah Canter, Owner of JayGee Kitchens, Charleston, SC
"I asked Lefty where i could get the recipe for his BBQ slaw and he replied 'i'll be clutching it in my cold dead hands if you feel like diggin me up.' I can understand why he wouldn't want it getting out. It's dangerously addictive!" --Pete Pagano, Owner Tir Na Nog Irish Pub
"As a left handed person myself I know I won't be injured when I go there. Since it is a right handed world." --Bryan the Roadie, KDKB Phoenix Radio DJ
