Four guys from good old Italy bring the groove back with their brand new EP on KARTON
SCHALLPLATTEN ! They seriously reminded us of Carl Craig and it’s Paperclip People stuff,
but transferred into the millennium and with a modern touch of today’s sound !
Featherlight rhythms, crunchy organs and hands in the air atmospheres delivered by the
four guys Federico Pedron, Stefano Zanin, Manuel Menegon, Daniel Menegon, who form
the RECORDSHOPCOLLECTIVE !
Bio:
Recordshop COllective is a brand new project born in the north-east of Italy (near
Venice) from the union of two bands: Fonos & L-jems.
Fonos is a band composed by the combination of a sound technic and a keyboard player
of a rock band, both djs: Federico Pedron e Stefano Zanin.
They are going to release soon an ep on workbench, (vinyl only limited edition label),
and another one on Skript music before the winter
(+ other works.. surprise!).
L-jems are two twins united by the passion for the music: Manuel Menegon & Daniel
Menegon.
They approached djing in 2004, refining their music style and now, after a two years
producing experience,
are going to release their first ep on Chien collective.
Recordshop collective's music influences, born since when everyone were very young,
are accomunated by the passion for the '70 rock, funky music,'80 sound and of course
'90 house music and techno!
They choose this name because of their passion for the vinyl: indeed every component
of the project is an old school vinyl only dj!
