to Chameleon Tattoo
I am a 29 year old tattoo artist currently working in Barry, South Wales.
I studied illustration at Swansea Institute and after graduating worked illustrating children's books. That all went out of the window when I started getting tattooed! I fell in love with it immediately and started tattooing part time. I then got my own studio and 7 years later I'm still loving every minute.
I love all fantasy and sci-fi art and still love painting, although not as much as I'd like because the tattooing takes up most of my time!
About My Ink:
I'd like to think I'm quite versatile and will take on most styles of tattooing, at the moment I'm doing a lot of large colour work and portraiture which I really enjoy. I also enjoy working at conventions, and have been lucky enough to have worked across Europe including Portugal and Belgium, as well as many UK shows.
I have managed to come away with 18 awards and was included in Skin Deep's 100 Favourite Artists list.
I was also invited to a US convention in Wisconsin this year, and may be travelling to the Amsterdam convention in June. I'll also be attending the Newport convention this year. I'm making a demon mask for an upcoming film too.
I'm also a guest tattooist every wednesday at The Sliver Hand in Cardiff.
