My statement for the elections:
Throughout my life, people have always doubted me – “You can’t do it, David. You’re not good enough.” Instead of lashing out with witty rebuttals in the form of double entendres, I decided that talk is cheap. I wanted to show the doubters through my actions, rather than empty words, that I would succeed. I wanted to show them that I wouldn’t be ordinary. Every time someone spits doubt in my face, it’s the equivalent of 91-octane fuel to my ever-increasing fire. This has pushed me to not only achieve my goals but to also supersede them. I proved them all wrong.
It is with the hope that I can give back to the SJSU community and create a better “college experience” for everyone that I want to be the new Director of Extracurricular Affairs. I want to put that raging fire to good use. I believe that college is a singular event in which we will never repeat. We should take advantage of this wonderful experience and create some endearing memories before we enter into the “real” world. I believe students should work hard and play hard. They deserve to enjoy their time and make the best of it while they’re here. In the upcoming year, you can look forward to more organized events, student involvement, and wicked fun activities around campus for everyone to enjoy. Next year, you’ll be seeing my fire in every event. The roof will, metaphorically, “be on fire”.

Hi, I'm Daviddd.
Nice to meet you. I'm the kinda person that makes things happen rather than wait for it to happen. One thing I learned in life is that if you don't take risks, you don't get rewards so, carpe diem. Currently, I'm attending one of the best CSU's there is in Cali! That's right, SJSU! I'm enrolled in the best Advertising Program in the west coast. One day I'm gonna be the biggest advertiser there is. Hopefully. =X. Currently I am working with video productions, advertising/commercials, and real estate.
