red/on/white [RIP]

NEWS (23/05/08) - Red/on/White is no more...
Hello friends,
Red/on/White is no more. As sad as it is for all of us in the band, we've all come to the conclusion that it's time to move on...
James made the first move raising the issue with the rest and the decision was quickly made; knowing that we all more or less thought it was time. We played a good set at the Espy last night with our very good friends Fire Fire! and Quiet the Few - now possibly our last ever show. If it was, we all agree that it's a fitting end - although we may organise one last show for nostalgia's sake...
We'd like to thank all of those who made it along to see us at any of the gigs we've played over the last year and of course the bands we've supported and who've supported us - making special mention of Fire Fire!, Quiet the Few and The Asmatics.
We'll all no doubt be floating around in other bands in the future but until then: thankyou to all our friends and supporters, it's been a good time for all of us!
