Maximizing any promotional activities or opportunities for assigned artist wherever possible. Assisting in ensuring all marketing budgets are up to date and accurate, compiling, researching, and communicating written marketing plans and budgets for both off and on-line campaigns to be submitted and approved in advance of releases.

I work closely with the creative services department of each label, both (external and internal ) to initiate production parts, POS, etc., and to ensure agreed deadlines are met in a requisite manner. I work very hard to ensure that the intergrity of all the label's promotions and production data are correct. I also establish and maintain relationships with the media, provide guidance to regional management on special events, media interviews, and external communicationas. I have also managed a succesful Hip-Hop girl group known as Mist Raja,Nuttin Nyce, Spice 1 a Platinum Rapper, and worked with staff at Slip Slide Records on Trina, , and J- Shen. I've also managed Public Announcement, an RCA Group, and several Gospel and contemporay gospel artists, too many to list..I have just became a publisher of a Positive Black Magazine and I am real excited about that!
