I'm Ryan and I enjoy life and everything in it. I passed my personal trainer certification and am going to take CPR/FIRST AID classes to make it complete. I love bodybuilding and the Mr. Olympia competitions that they hold...my favorite bodybuilders are Jay Cutler, Branch Warren, Phil Heath and Trey Brewer. Even though I lift weights doesn't mean I'm a meat head I also love to read when I can knowledge is power. I like to help the community in any way I can. I like art of all types as long as it's appealing to me. Also I'm really into basketball and football so if you ever want to play let me know, I got moves like Chauncy Billups. I love to hang out and go out with my friends Tim, Bailey, Nancy,Will, people @ Ishtar, my neighbors Robert and Jenny. Oh and the guy named Steve who is like my twin brother. I do write my own lyrics cause I'm into music and I try to write based on real life experience. I'm not the type of person that judges people; I get to know them before I do anymore because why would I want someone to judge before they knew me. Going to the movies is fun. I also like to hang out at Ishtar (hookah bar) with my friends. I talk a lot. lifting is like my life. I love Italian/Greek/Middle Eastern food. So if you need health advice or tips let me know =) also I love funny stuff like the kobe and lebron puppet commercials for nike LOL they are hillllllarious
