Ladies Man
Music is apart of me, its in my blood, racing through my veins, its my air, my food, my strength that helps me to withstand the burdens of everyday life. Its what I think about when I get up in the mornings, what I dream about during the days, before my resting period at nights. I give thanks that I have this gift, love and appreciation for what music is. The power that is associated with music goes beyond our wildness expectation. The movement that continues to expand and contribute to the way we think, feel, and express ourselves.
I use to spend much of my time, years ago, at Mixing Lab Recording Studio in Kingston, where I learn from artist such as Benji Myers, Sly and Robbie, Jimmy Riley and Tespa Pitts who was an engineer at the time. Being in their presents and exploring the whole business side of music help to shape my mental view on music, which inturned inspired me more.
My interest in music and the environment that it creates started around age 7, when I started to sing in church. From there, I would find every opportunity to participate in anything musical, in school as well as outside of school.
"Music has always been around me; my dad was a musician, my mom was always singing and this was a huge influence while I was growing up."
I love to deejay and sing, it brings inner peace and joy whenever I do it. Personally, music is a wonderful way of expressing myself and relaying information in a positive way, and this also helps to generate topics affecting everyday living, causing people to think on a more concious level.
My parents always ensured that I posses certain values, values that would emitt a certain energy to those that surround me in my life. Music has now created a new family for me. Family is not just my parents and siblings, its universal; common people sharing common interest with common motivations throughout life.
