My life currently is allllll about being a Mum. I also love to write about animal rights and discuss these issues with other people... on the odd occasion that I might have spare time. Like now cos it's after midnight and all the kiddies are asleep. I should be asleep too, but the temptation to do something fun for myself is worth paying the cost of less sleep... at least on some nights. XI have lived my life drug free always. I never drink alcohol or coffee, etc. I prefer dancing and singing instead of alcohol. I prefer exercise and an apple to coffee. I prefer taking some deep breaths to cigarettes. I only take medical drugs if its absolutely necessary. I use natural therapies to help me heal. I never consume or wear animal products that includes; muscles from dead animals, birds and fishes, mammary secretions from cows, hen's eggs, bee's honey, animal skins, pearls, wool, shells, silk, etc, etc. I eat what everybody else eats just without the animal products like; pasta, pizza, pies, vege sausages, vege burgers, cakes, soya ice-cream, soygurt, soy and dark chocolate, salads, lasagne, asian stir-fries, etc, etc. There are alternatives for everything that do not involve killing anyone to get it! Being a vegan of 11 years is the best thing I ever did!..
