At that time I offered everything from a quick phone consultation to written analysis to a full blown mortgage service package (from looking for a mortgage to walking from the settlement table). Due to time constraints with my underwriting work, I have had to cut down some but I still offer phone consultations as well as looking over mortgage docs BEFORE signing on the final dotted line. .I have had the honor of being quoted in the Wall Street Journal, provided expertise for an article on mortgages published on MSN.com and appeared on CNBC Business news with helpful tips for first time home buyers and new mortgage shoppers. In 2004, I was the feature point on an article is USA Today relating to my work in a virtual environment. I left the rat race to work at home without even a definite promise of 'making it'. But make it I did and at that time I had all the underwriting work I wanted without leaving my home office! I have genuine concern for borrowers. Mortgages are quite possibly the one major financial step that one will make in his or her life. I have the experience and attitude to help them make educated decisions suited to their particular situation throughout the process..As far as the rest about me...I am a wife, mother to two great girls, and mother to 5 great shelties. We love our furkids and some think we are nuts having 5. But they are all unique in their own way and they are such great pets.
