I just moved BACK to AZ from Oregon. I miss the northwest so! It's tough for me to be away from the mountains and my beloved snow. BUT, we believe we are where we need to be. EVEN if that means taking me back to the land of heat and sweat and brown-everything. :) But, I am on a journey, continually learning to have joy regardless of where I live, what I'm doing, etc.
What's money? A man is a success if he gets up in the morning and goes to bed at night and in between does what he wants to do.
Bob Dylan (1941 - )
I'd like to meet Bob Dylan, Bono, Kat Von D, and I would've liked to meet Mr. Rodgers. Seriously. And anyone else who wants to meet me. Pretty much you can learn something from everyone.

Music is SO important. I love to sit back with a great drink and mellow out with some of my favs. There are so many amazing artists who are undiscovered, so I love to find new stuff and am always on the hunt...therefore my list consistently changes; here are some of my constants: Rocky Votolato, Counting Crows, Thrice, A Fine Frenzy, Van Morrison, The Faint, Floater, Sondre Lerche, Johnny Cash, Coldplay "Fix You" has such a great build up towards the end of the song...if you blast it, it'll change your day; David Crowder Band, Postal Service, my husband's off-tune singing :), Matt Kearny, Daft Punk, Leeland, Muse, no one will ever destroy my love of Steven Curtis Chapman, Bob Dylan has some amazing lyrics, so does Casting Crowns...there's so much more. Just depends on the mood and time. At the present moment I'm VERY into electro-rock. Oh yes! I also enjoy a very loud, blasting round of gospel now and then. How can you not like their pipes! Also, reggae is pretty outstanding on a sunny day!
A Time to Kill, Pan's Labrynth, Amelie, Shawshank Redemption, JUNO rocked my socks off, Garden State, Little Miss Sunshine is hularious, I love documentaries... and Michael Moore's, "Sicko" was pretty incredible, Harry Potter Series (because I like the books), Lord of the Rings, Ever After, The Notebook, Girls Just Want To Have Fun for Girly movies.
Heroes. The Office. Greys. L.A. Ink (I wish I could look that hot), Scrubs, The Simpsons, Colbert Report is hu-larious, I get sucked into things but am not very good at following shows. The Steelers.
The Bible, Ender's Game, C.S. Lewis has great stuff (check out, 'Until We Have Faces', The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, The Hiding Place by Coery Tenbaum, Don Miller has great thoughts, Brian McClaren, the Harry Potter series sucked me in, I love classic literature and poetry, snowboard mags :)....I just love to read!
Jesus. This is a tough question. I don't like to think of people as heroes, but, as far as people go... I would have to say my parents I think. They have inspired me in ways to lengthy to describe here. I don't know...I think all people inspire me in different ways, and sometimes I tend to hold people on pedastools. No one is perfect, but everyone has something valuable to share. That's my philosophy I guess.
