About Me

Backrow Records was originally created by first and second year Entertainment Administration (now Music Business Management) students, along with their professors in 2003. Backrow Records is currently run by first and second year Music Business Management students (along with the assistance of their professors) at Durham College, in Oshawa, Ontario. We are a not for profit company promoting independent bands, and assisting them in any way possible. We do this by releasing compilation Cds, and keeping strong contact with both the media and the current Canadian Music Industry. We have strong hopes of signing an act in this upcoming year, along with a lot of very different ideas. Keep an eye out for what we are up to next.
