About Me

I'm a huge weather nut. I went to college to get my meteorology degree and ended up doing IT work! I am still heavily involved in all things weather, from forecasting, volunteering, working with the Weather Service, researching, speaking, chasing, etc. etc. I currently am working heavily in Volumetric Radar imagery working with a developer on that. I coordinate SKywarn ops at the local NWS office. I also chase for KSTP-TV in St. Paul, MN. Other than that, I am an IT manager at a school district where I am the head of the service and support aspects of our IT operations.

So, where are the stroms? It looks like we will finally at least get some warmth and moisture back up into the area. Hopefully the storms do suck Saturday as I'll be at T's wedding... ...
