About Me
Greg's earliest motivation for music appreciation arose from watching the developement of his sister and singing sensation CeCe Peniston since they were children. Greg continued to foster his talent as a singer in a gospel choir while attending Northern Arizona University where he obtained a BS degree in Organizational Communication. Traveling abroad and visiting such places as Japan, Korea, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Mexico City and many cities in the U.S., Greg would gain invaluable experience observing the business aspects and behind the scene perspective as CeCe's road manager. Vocal lessons as well as participation in contests and talent shows encouraged Greg's natural singing ability. In 1996 and in addition to his singing Greg began modeling for the Arizona based Leighton Agency and has done work such as Adidas, Saks Fifth Ave, Macys, Nokia, NASCAR, Goldwell, McDonalds, Dillards, Cruising Rider, 101 North and most recently Sonoran Spotlight Magazine. Greg won the title of Mister Liquid 2007 which is a contest that included 15 contestants who had to demonstrate their talents and originality while wearing the clothing line of the same name (Liquid). One of Greg's most notable jobs came from his own pursuit of Vogue Esquire Models where he did runway modeling for the Sephia Fashion Review in a 50 city tour.Greg's modeling career is blossoming and his singing career is begining to follow suit with a vocal performance with the NB Rydaz and now a member of the Miracles Review. Greg showcases/performs spoken word and sings around the valley as well as opening for and performing with CeCe Peniston. In addition to writing poetry and music, Greg has recorded several songs, and has been involved in co-production and vocal arrangement. Greg has recently begun actor's training and is looking to further develop his talent in that area.When away from the entertainment scene, Greg has worked over ten years with troubled youth, the developmentally disabled, and at risk teens, and is curently a behavior coach for kids. Greg is also involved in the CeCe Peniston Youth Foundation as well as a board member for P.A.C.T- Progressive Act of Charity Treasury. Greg considers himself in the infancy of his success and is envisioning the impact he will make in all his future endeavours.
