For more than 31 years, DJ Freeze has been a favorite at almost every gay & STRIGHT Nightclub in the citys across the u.s. The secret: customer service. Tonight, she spins at THE GRID voted CLEVELAND best dance club, armed with a catalog of more than 10,000 songs — from hip-hop to disco-funk house, which she seemlessly blends at 135 beats per minute. "If you have a DJ that stops and starts the music when mixing, you have people walking off the dance floor, yelling, 'What the fuck are you doing?'" she says. The set list is always evolving, based largely on crowd reaction. "new underground house " is a recent addition. "They loved it and wents to know , 'Who is it? Who is it?'" says Freeze. "I want them to say, 'Aw, shit, let's dance!'"

Don't really know what to say about me...but here it goes...i am a lesbian an i am a DJ in ohio...I have been spining music in ohio since 1973 in stright an gay nite clubs..spinning house, funkhouse, discohouse,hip hop, club....my fav to spin is classic house it so cool to hear the old stuff that ppl always remember an love... well i had a dream when i was a 12 i wanted to be a famous dj or singer...well the dj part come true hahahaha. when i was in elematry school i use to dj are after school dances with 45 record on a old school recorder player i loved it my first song i remember puting on was 3 dog night dont laugh they was hot back then heheheeh.then from there i moved to jr high school partys an house partys at age 15 i was djing USA skate rink playing music for the skaters. then i got a real job at 17 i was spinging records at a lesbain underground nite club i loved it they were i learned to use 2 turntables with much skill.... the more i played the more i wanted to spin as much as they let me... then i saved all my dj money a got me a whole sound system an then started my record colletion witch is over 50,000 records now....i have 12" records from 1971 till now u name it i bet i have it some were...well from the lesbian bar i went to 2 yrs of doing nothing but mixing at home an learning new ways to spin from scratchin to back spining to droping the needle an hiting the mark ...I been sping in the clubs from 1973 till today from stright clubs to gay nite clubs an big dance events i still spin house an hip hop in 3 diff club at this time...i have won lots of dj battles in the 80's...today i just spin every thing from hip hop to tech house useing 4 turntables an 4 cd decks in some clubs that have them... I just never know when i go to a club what the people want to dance to..All club are diffent so i am always ready for any thing.... I have been playing the music from 1971 in schools an clubs i have traveled a few times to play in other citys as well....i just love music i live an die music i am not a freak but i love my music an i love the feel i get when i spin an see the people dancin an yellin an throwing there hands in the air an sweating from dancin when i see that i know i am doing what i do best makeing people happy an moving there ass....well my dj dream is over 34 yrs now... so i think i'll die being a dj... I have that much love for the music.....thank you for reading my life story...TONIOMG there is so many ppl that got me in to the music .....if i listed them all we be here all day...I JUST WANT TO THANK MY SWEET LOVE MARC FROM HAMILTONS NITE CLUB FOR LETTING ME DO WHAT I DO BEST SPIN THE MUSIC...
