I play guitar and shout a bit in this band:

I also play classical guitar which can be very relaxing, if a little challenging, and have written some acoustic tracks which are incredibly badly recorded (nothin' to do with my singing voice, honest!)
Outside music my main love in life are the Mighty Reds and I try to get up to Anfield to watch them as often as possible.
I'm also a DJ (in the loosest sense of the word!) at this place .
I work as a software support engineer and it's pretty cool; get to drive to some pretty cool places and see different parts of the UK all while "working"
And yup I still look at the stars and wonder what's up there and uh-huh, oceans and rain still fascinate me. Call me sad; call me emo; call me what you like.

Given the chance I will read just about anything and everything... Robbie did come back, just as I predicted!

Also like the sad bastard I am I like to read stuff for general edification purposes. Stuff about the great philosophers and Greek Mythology are favourite ways to waste my lunch hour.

As well as that I enjoy World Soccer cos it keeps me up to date with 'The Beautiful Game'.

Friends and family cos they rock and keep me sane!

Musically Rivers Cuomo (Weezer) cos he's a great song-writer

I admire the early classical composers who have been so important in the evolution of music in general, and in particular the classical guitar greats like Sor, Tarrega and Rodrigo. The guitar is a very underrated form of classical music if you ask me.
