If it's a bargain...buy it!
ok ok ok..so I now have a Myspace page which I've been told I should have one since everyone else has one...but since I generally move "against the grain" and don't like to do what everyone else is doing just because they are doing it..I figured one reason would be that I could offer my services to thousands of people who need affordable graphic design, layout and presentation work in New York City, and not limited to just consultants (proposals and presentation are my specialty)...and possibly meet some friendly people in NYC. I've got to say one thing about New Yorkers...it's not the most friendly place, however, when the sh*t hits the fan..they are the first to step up and help (and quickly). The best way to "thank" a New Yorker, for helping you, is by saying "thanks" (quickly) with an a quick nod and smile.. ...and then letting them continue running for the subway or catching their cab as they tend to live by the second.
GENERAL :
I have a love for animals and a refound passion for skiing. Skiing the Chrysler building is not practical. Being stuck in NYC is difficult for someone who wants to ski. Davos is optimal, Aspen is THE preferred place of proximity! I hope there might be some fellow "New Yawkuhs" who would like to get a ski group together for an Aspen trip in the Spring. (by the way, I don't have an accent (born in MI and raised in CO) but can do one flawlessly! Can do other accents if you wish, Aussie, German, British... I don't know how I can do them. I guess it's my good "ear". I just took my first snowboarding lesson in March 2007, which started at 10 am and by 2pm (after lunch) was finishing as a level 4. So I am a quick study and can quickly assess what I need to do to accomplish something. And if you've made it this far, my real name is Krista!
Even though I said I don't drink or smoke. I enjoy a cold (or hot) glass of sake AND on rare occasions, rolling my own cigarette! I only really do that about once a month..if that-(just in case my mom reads this.) AND I make my own bread, butter and homemade chocolate right from the cocao beans! I try to enjoy these finer points in life.
