Agents Of M

I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

Hey there everyone,I've decided to shut down my Myspace group The Agents Of M Pulp Culture and replace it with a profile of it's own.
Most of you know me from my other profile, The Show Goes On
This way I can seperate my personal from my business. I'll be keeping my old profile for close friends.I will be sending out friend requests for this profile in order to network my charity work and promote the work of artists and writers.
I will have photo albums set up for the people that help me at shows, Artists, Writers, Creators, Movie & TV, Models, and albums where you can show off your art, books and projects. All you have to do is send me pics and I will post them.

Hello there! I'm Joshua one of the Agents of M. I change the zip code around every so often in order be more visible. There is no age limit or requirement to be a Agent Of M. All you need is a love of comic books and a desire to help others.I travel all over the Midwest to comic book conventions promoting the the work of comic book artists & writers and gather donations for charity auctions. I fund these trips by selling autographed comic books, sketches, art and limited comics.
My helpers, known as "The Agents Of M" aid me at shows and attend shows I can't make it to.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Agents Of M

!!! I am currently looking for new Agents of M Pulp Culture to attend shows all over the country and outside the US. !!!
How does it work?

For shows within my driving range, we meet at the show we unload and set up. If there is a special ticket only signing, agents get in line for tickets. Everyone will be assigned duties and given breaks and free time throughout the convention. For shows outside my driving range, I will ship all books and supplies to one of the agents attending the show. I will send advance tickets if I am able to or funds to pay for admission into the con. I will fly out and meet up with the agents and go to the show for set up. If I can not attend I will sent a list of duties for the con and have agents make their own schedules.
What do people do for me at these shows?
Any number of duties on the following list.

Drivers: Share the long drives to get me where I need to be.
Moms: at shows where I do not have a dealers booth they guard any comics brought along. They also promote the work that I do at shows.
Runners: They take books to get autographed and sometimes have to stand in very long lines.
Faces: They gather sketches and donations for auctions. They also help watch my dealers both when I need a break.
Urchins: Hold signs, hand out fliers, talk loudly and gather names for my mailing list.
All agents also help promote my Charity Auctions, Comic book creators and my eBay store.
What do I give in return for service??
I pay for admission to the convention. I help split the cost and sometimes pay for all travel & hotel expenses. I have also been known to give gifts, spending money and pick up food expenses. Agents also get first crack at any books I get signed at these shows. If there is a show that you can not attend you can send books to me to get them signed for you. This is a chance to see another side of the comic book world and meet your favorite artists & writers. I am looking for honest and trustworthy people that can work together as a team. It's a lot of work, but it is a lot of fun.

M Pulp Culture Represent

I am interested in promoting the work of artists & comic creators at conventions in the Midwest & across the country.
How does it work?
I have dealer booths at comic book shows all over the Midwest. At these shows I promote the comics and art of my clients. I do not sell anything at these shows.. If I did, each state would require me to file taxes and that is something that I'd rather not deal with at this point. If you print up fliers, freebies, business cards or other items, I will hand them out at every show I attend. I will do this at no cost.If you would like send a portfolio of your work to display or samples of your art or comics, there will be a small fee. This fee will be based on the cost of the room needed to display the items at each show. The fee is different for each show depending on how much the booth costs.

Thank you to all who have helped me in the past and those that continue to help me at comic book conventions.

I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4
