I.A.O is a record Label not a crew. Our aim is to help promote our artists signed to the label progress to the next level. We do not just look for Mc's we look for artists with talent willing to expand in different genres of music and also producers. its all about helpin other musicians in this scene because if we dont help each other then no-one will get anywhere, we feel we're providing oppurtunities for artists and also providing the public with good music to listen to

Influences: As we all have different styles we have different influences. we are mainly influenced by uk artists but our music taste ranges from bashment, grime, rnb/soul to gospel, hip hop house and indie rock
