AMERICAN SLANG

American Slang was formed in the late 90's and Spewed out of a few other Bands. Most of the guys have played together since high school in various other projects (Germ Machine,Thorn in The Flesh,Hangman Jury) All these bands were staples at the local club scene (Studio One-China Club-Pipeline Limelight-Wild MIkes-Ruins-Wrek Room Ect.) They were the opening act for ALL the nationals(Faster PussyCat L.A. Guns OverKill Gilby Clarke FireHouse) In 2000 they were signed By LTS Records ( Vince Neil Of Motley Crue Label). And Sponsered By BAD BONES. They Recorded "WE ALL BLEED" at the famous Big Blue Meanie Studio with enginer supreme Tim "RUMBLEFISH" Giles. LTS Records folded shortly after and the pressure and strain of trying to get signed to another label and please the fickle A&R Management types in the industry had brought American Slang to an End. Jadded From the bussiness end of the Music Scene they departed ways.But missing old friends and most of all music (And All The Bands that have supported us) they have decided to Return to music for nothing else but the Love of MUSIC!!!! No More aggendas no more suckin up to Industry types-no more SINGLES-JUST KICK ASS FU*&%NG ROCK AND ROLL the way they did it Before they got wrapped up in This so Called BIZ.
