About Me

These days I am mostly on Facebook and this page is now pretty much an appendage to my movements on Facebook. Sign of the times!

This page can be used to get to know me a little better. MySpace is my book and Facebook is my cover. Wanna have a read of my book?

The best bet on this page is to click to my blogs and get a bit of an insight into who i am and what is happening in my life. I use the blogs to pretty much put out the stuff that is going on in my head at that present time.

I feel much better after each and everytime i do this, but i get the feeling that for some who read the blogs it is like witnessing a carwreck. But if it also happens to be suitable material for an audience, or you are into watching carwrecks, then it's a happy bonus.

.... except for those people who like watching carwrecks, those people need to check and see if they are getting enough solids in their diet.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Anyone breathing and with a pulse, preferably. I tend to have to carry the conversation quite a bit when chatting with dead people. Very taxing....

My Blog

I am a stubborn prick

Other people may have noticed my being a stubborn prick long ago, but for me this is something that I have only just stumbled onto. It has taken me this long to identify and accept my stubbornness, ma...

Getting perspective through Heath Ledger

In the past week I have been unsuccessful in avoiding the coverage of Heath Ledger's death. Despite active resistance on my part to attempt otherwise, it has been one of those tacky stories that just ...

Bloody Kevin 07

So it is now the time of Kevin 07, and so therefore the harbinger of change to Australian politics has arrived.   Though I don't think the installation of this guy as the new PM, done in a manner...

An update

It has been a while since my last blog. My last blog was an unintelligible rant about the Socceroos performance in the Asian Cup in July, so it has been a while indeed!   So I guess I could expla...

Why Socceroos? Why?

So I am typing this just after the Socceroos' second game in the Asian Cup. The live commentary of the match from the Four-Four-Two website pretty much says the current state of play really: ****snip*...
