My two passions in life are baseball and music. I love the feeling of being part of something larger than oneself. Whether cheering my beloved Yankees to a victory or helping send a band into overdrive, to me, there is nothing like that group experience. The strangers next to you become your best friends for a brief moment in time, while a simple nod and a smile conveys everything from your old friends. Perpahps I love baseball and music so much because both operate outside of time. Baseball is the only sport played without a clock, and at a great concert, time can disappear. So the next sunny day, go see a ballgame, and have a cool, crisp beer. And GO SEE SOME MUSIC!
