Influences: Books, music, films and anyone who touches our sense of beauty. We love to talk about the world, about life and death, about beauty... and La Foresta di Katyn is our mix of dramatic and romantic ideas. We feel in debt towards many people, even though we don't share all their ideas. Here are some names we feel inspired by: Karl Marx, Rene Guenon, Friedrich Engels, The Bible, Ezra Pound, David Lynch, John Donne, Julius Evola, Jorge Luis Borges, William Shakespeare, Jean-Luc Godard, Luigi Pirandello, Carlo Mattogno, Pablo Neruda, Salvador Dali, Egon Schiele, Ingmar Bergman...
Sounds Like: I guess we'd like to sound like Current 93, Blonde Redhead, Mogwai, Joy Division, Death in June, Converge... but we sound quite different from all of them, maybe because they all sound totally different from each other... :)
