About Me

Biography

So much to say...
Syron Alphonse a.k.a Lord San was born in Castries,
St Lucia. His interest for music developped at the age of 14.
At 19 he came to Martinique and founded a band in 1994
with his brother (Life Boat) and other friends.
He then takes his first music classes at the SERMAC
( a community center in Martinique), that's where he meets Majesty,
Luke Eustache a.k.a Lucko and Pascal Eustache a.k.a Paco the future
founding members of BIP (black ital possee).
In 2000 they fly away to the all so famous "Printemps de Bourges"
with BIP and Firs'T. He then becomes a student at l'IFAS
(music school in Martinique) in order to further his musical knowledge.
There he perfects his improvisational skills in jazz,
learns the techniques of martiquian traditional music,
traditional dance, computer skills....
Lord San is one of the best in composing
reggae and dancehall in Martinique.
Many artists and producers call on him for
the realization of their album and songs
(Mounia, Majesty, StarKlass, WestIndies Records just to name a few). Lord San is not only known for his composing skills but also for the
work he accomplishes being the mic with the members of 4 HARD WAY.
Indeed this "shy and quiet" guy once on a stage with his friends
changes into a whole different person.
4 HARD WAY is well known in the Caribbean for it's smooth reggaes with
the voices of Lord San and Life Boat and it's unforgettable dancehall
with the unique voices of Mystikal Heights and Stevie D a.k.a Boom Faya! Oh yes,
if you have ever heard a 4 HARD WAY tune you will never forget the perfect
balance that they form as a group on and off the stage. Their secret is
that they have the same objectives and are true friends. Lord San is currently
working on his first solo album which reflects years and years of hard work.
It is an intelligent mixture
of roots reggae, dancehall, cuban music, acoustic and much more.
It features combinations
with Mystikal Heights, Life Boat, Stevie D, King Kalabash, Adis, Straïka, Saël,
Scénario and many more...
delivering messages of love and encouragement so look out for this one.
