Ben Cohen was born and raised in Boston, MA. on a steady diet of the Rolling Stones, The Beatles, Bob Dylan, Talking Heads, Duran Duran, Was (Not Was), Paul Simon, Sly and the Family Stone, Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Wonder, and The Travelling Wilburys (among others). While attending Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, Ben discovered the fun that is DJing.
What might you hear when Ben is in the booth? Everything from 50 Cent to Queen, Weezer to Fergie, Bob Sinclar to Bon Jovi, Bloc Party to Justin Timberlake. It's all about creating a party atmosphere. Ben is an encyclopedia of music, with a knowledge of music that spans everything from 80s hardcore punk rock to the Houston hip-hop scene.
He has played alongside such artists as Rich Boy, L'il Scrappy, and the legendary DJ Clue.
