PRESS
Khuda begin the gig in a very interesting fashion. Primarily a guitar and drum instrumental two piece, they combine simple, bludgeoning yet effective guitar riffs with more experimental rhythms and sections.
Michael Russam - Sandman Magazine
Josticks are lit and Once Twice Thrice kicks in with old style 70's guitar. I keep thinking I'm in a club somewhere, surrounded by dry ice, making my way through the drunken throng. Altered states, this is good. Floating down a long corridor. Everything's spinning. Slightly nauseous, but only because I'm having a good time.
The Arthritic Bear - Moose Factory
Pre gig, drummer Robin Timmis chats with someone in the audience. He looks too timid for tech. At first I am dubious, but the more I listen to Tom's harmonics and watch Robin do crazy jazz drummer things, the more I am convinced. This two man and pedal buffet are more Sunn o))) than Tenacious D, but there's evidence of both - Sunn o))) D? Small set, big sounds.

Cardigan Arms Review (9th August)

The Cardigan Arms is empty tonight, practically at least. As the night begins there's little but the bands themselves filling the room, in the company of a few friends each. This is a shame because K...
