MICHAEL OSADOLO BIOGRAPHY.:Michael is a jazz musician from Lagos Nigeria.He began playing the guitar at the age of 4.He comes from a musical family with a father who is a multi instrumentalist with emphasis on the saxophone & percutions.
His lovely late mother sings and plays the piano and help with the family music school when she was alive and was a very big inspiration to Michael and his other 7 brothers who are all musicians.Michael is a lead guitarist who plays contemporary Jazz with a smooth root of African groove fusion with Rhythm & Blues.Michael is an avid singer and a talented performer who brings to the stage a combination of guitar skills with a melodious voice and demonstrates grate showmanship as a dancer and performer as some will call him Guitar Boy.Currently Michael plays full time in a band for the internationally renowned artist Lagbaja,Nigeria's foremost musician in African contemporary music.Michael is also the founder and leader of his own band
Michael Osadolo & The Squad Train.The band has been together for 7 years playing contemporary Jazz,Highlife,Afro,Rrggae, Rhythm & Blues.
Michael and his brothers also have a band called Fuzzy Brothers,named after their Father Mr Fuzzy Osadolo.Fuzzy Brothers has been playing Music together for over 20 years and still making it real.
He has work with several musicians in both studio and live performances.
Michael also play in a group know as One Nation,a gospel Jazz band.He has also played with other international artist and groups.
Also internationally acclaimed Nigerian Musicians like King Sonny Ade,T Mac, Hugh Masakela,Joe, Kayode Olajide,Keziah Jones,Chaka-Chaka,Jimmy Duldlu,Femi Kuti,Kunle Oduntayo,Shina Peter's,Kush the International group from France and many more.
Michael has performed in Jazz Festivals in Africa And outside Africa eg.
Joy Of Jazz (South Africa),Music Fest (Jordan),Music Festival (Egypt) Glo African football award in Ghana,Isreal and other part of the WorldAnd still making music real and with music you can move the World around.
