For 7 years my husband and I have been the Senior Pastors of Faithful Remnant Christian Church, in Rochester, NY. (Shout Out to my Peeps) We are a bilingual church with the vision of becoming multi-cultural in order to break thru spiritual prejudice. We are determined to come against the spirits of legalism and judgment that overshadow our city. I believe the Gospel is about what the Lord did for us, and not about what I can do in order to impress God. Our ministry is constantly under attack and accusations, and our past mistakes and failures are regarded as a present way of life. The spirit of Legalism is doing it's job, however, it forgets that "Donde habita el pecado sobreabunda la Gracia". Let me just expose some stuff right off the back. I am not perfect! I have made mistakes, and at times I have failed the Lord! However, this is not about me, it's about HIM, and HE IS perfect! His name, well...if I say it, something just might happen! I can tell you this, He is best known for healing the sick, delivering the oppressed, and setting the captives free. If He shows up, prepare to lose yourself in His presence. Demons tremble when they hear His name...You know what? I'm in the mood to make some demons tremble...HIS NAME IS JESUS! JESUS! JESUS! And HE has called me. He didn't call me because I was worthy but because he knew I would obey the call. If I can inspire my readers on anything, let it be this...YOUR CALLING WILL ALWAYS BE GREATER THAN YOUR WEAKNESS!!!
