Lindsay Kee's fiction, poetry and non-fiction have appeared in amNew York, Women’s Studies Quarterly, Vanderbilt Review, Sensored, Versus, and Orientation. She won Sensored magazine's 2002 Starving Artist Award for Best Creative Writing and the 1998 Susan Ford Wiltshire Essay Prize for non-fiction. At age nine she hand wrote her first novel in a battered Cabbage Patch Kid notebook. She is now working on her second.
