About Me

..
Talk to locals who call the Myrtle Beach area home and you're bound to hear a similar echo: I wouldn't live anywhere else! However ask people what they love most about living here, and you'll find as many answers as seashells on the beachy. For some, it's putting 365 days a year on one of our 100+ picture perfect golf courses. For others, it's the water, the waves, the sand, the seagulls. You'll also hear that the real reason to live here is the culture - the laidback, slow pace attitude.
The region is a place of many faces and opportunities. It's a place of new beginnings where you can start a career and meet new people. It's a place to raise a family. And it's a wonderful place to retire. Regardless of your lifestyle, you'll feel welcomes here in the Myrtle Beach area.
The Myrtle Beach area, also known as the Grand Strand, stretches from Little River south through Pawleys Island. Our warm climate, sunny skies and ocean breeze provide a soothing climate for relaxation and recreation. World-class golf courses, parks and a host of outdoor activities are readily available for both part-time and full-time residents.
The Myrtle Beach area is both small town charm and cosmopolitan sophistication. There's always something to see and do. We have thrilling roller coasters, giant water slides, challenging miniature golf courses, and incredible shopping with malls, outlet centers, boutiques and souvenir shops. Add to that an active cultural life that offers numerous museums, art galleries, beautifully landscaped gardens, community theater and a broad range of musical acts. Plus, millions enjoy our yearly festivals and community events.
Of course, food is a big attraction in the Grand Strand. Home to more than 1,650 full-services restaurants, even picky eaters will find something they like to eat with scrumptuous dining temptations of crab cakes, mouth-watering barbecue and grand size steaks. And perhaps best of all, our beaches are sugar-white and our weather is warm and sunny.
Feel the sand between your toes as you build a sandcastle, fly a kite, ride the surf, go crabbing, play beach volleyball, people watch or read a book. Kick back and relax.
No wonder more and more people decide the Myrtle Beach area isn't just a vacation destination but a place to call home.
Since 1962 the family-owned and operated Surfside Realty Beach Vacations, Sales & Homeowner's Association Management has been providing spectacular vacations and finding our clients, customers and friends their perfect place in the sun.
