Greensleeves Gospel Choir is glad to present the international music event
Varese Gospel Festival.
Varese's summer nights have been resounding with this music of the
soul since 1999: it's Gospel music, which echoes in the "Garden Town", gathering
music fans from all over Italy and from abroad. Varese Gospel Festival has
always been and will still be both an opportunity of exchange and learning for
artists, owing to the prestigious workshops, and an amazing musical show for the
audience.
The event is supported by the Municipality and Province of Varese,
which have proven constant faith in the festival and have promoted its
accomplishment through the years.
Gathering in one event the best international artists, promoting a
lively artistic and professional exchange, allowing gospel music fans to get to
know and listen to amazing performers, turning a customary and popular festival
into a valuable musical event that consecrates Varese as the capital of this
wonderful genre: this is the mission of Varese Gospel Festival.
The audience is totally involved in this musical experience, and
they respond with amazement and enthusiasm to what they see and hear. That's the
magic of the great empathy and emotion that only voices are able to convey.
The artistic direction of the event is traditionally
entrusted to Fausto Caravati, the creator of this festival and of other
important Italian events.

Culturale Greensleeves Gospel Choir è lieta di presentare il Varese
Gospel Festival, Rassegna Internazionale di musica Gospel.
Le estati varesine risuonano da nove anni di questa musica dell’anima… è il
Gospel che echeggia nella Città Giardino, richiamando appassionati da tutta
Italia. Il Varese Gospel Festival è stato e sarà occasione di scambio e di
confronto tra gli artisti con i suoi prestigiosi seminari, offrendo al pubblico
la possibilità di assistere ad un grande spettacolo.
L’evento è sostenuto dal Comune e dalla Provincia di Varese, che negli anni
hanno dimostrato costante fiducia nella manifestazione promuovendone la
realizzazione.
Raccogliere in un’unica rassegna i migliori artisti a livello internazionale
consentendo un vitale scambio artistico e professionale, permettere agli amanti
della musica gospel di conoscere ed ascoltare artisti eccezionali, trasformare
un appuntamento consueto e popolare in un evento musicale di valore, che fa di
Varese la capitale di questo strepitoso genere: questa è la missione del Varese
Gospel Festival.
Durante i concerti, si assiste a un totale coinvolgimento della platea, che
risponde con sorpreso entusiasmo a quanto sta seguendo. Ciò avviene per la
capacità e l’immediatezza con cui le voci sole sono capaci di comunicare
emozioni.
La direzione artistica dell’evento è da sempre affidata a
Fausto Caravati, ideatore del festival e di altri
importanti eventi in Italia.
