I'm a single, child-free, 28 year old Californian who is new to the Atlanta area (arrived 10/1/06). Though I have family and friends here, I have been keeping my eye out for a cool male counterpart . I am an ambitious, humorous and thoughtful woman who tries to carry a positive spirit wherever she goes. I am a poet, an avid book reader, a writer and a conscientious individual that value God-fearing people, family, and true friends.For the past 5 years, I have been in a meandering pursuit of a career that involves working with at-risk youth of color who are caught in the juvenile justice system. I have ambitions of partnering with a friend within the next few years, and starting a non-profit Juvenile Diversion Program, geared particularly to aid teens of color. Right now, that's on hold until she and I finish law school.
