My Interests

Well aren't we nosey! Want to know my interests? Why? You gonna stalk me? Huh? Are you?Oh boy, where do I start? I love dancing. As far as couples dancing goes, I've done contra dancing and swing dancing. I took tap lessons for four years, ballet for three, gymnastics for one, hip-hop for one, and jazz for two (or hip-hop for two, jazz for one... it's all a blur, really). I love watching Latin Ballroom dancing and I plan to learn sometime in the not-too-distant future. My favorite style of dance is dancing in front of the mirror--hairbrush optional.I like writing a lot, and reading writing of course. I love listening to music, watching movies, playing on my Gameboy, and hanging out with my friends.

Hawthorne Heights
"Decembers"

Let's try to remember
These days back in December
Our lives were very different
I was lonely when we first met
A small upstairs apartment
Driving through the darkness
To get back home before they knew
You were even gone

You dont have to speak
Because I can hear your heart beat
Fluttering like butterflies searching for a drink
You don't have to cover up
How you feel when you're in love
I always know i'm not enough
To even make you think

Please slow down girl
Were moving way too fast
For their world
We've gotta make this last

I miss you so much
A self-inflicted coma
The days drag on
I never thought
Of running with their feet
When I feel this mess
I'm lonely and depressed
I picture you in this dress
You wore four weeks ago

You don't have to speak
Because I can hear your heart beat
Fluttering like butterflies searching for a drink
You don't have to cover up
How you feel when you're in love
I always know i'm not enough
To even make you think

Please slow down girl
We're moving way too fast
For their world
We've gotta make this last
I know it hurts
To feel so all alone
I'm by myself
More than you could know
If only they were all alone
They were all alone

Please slow down girl
We're moving way too fast
For their world
We've gotta make this last

Please Slow down girl
We're moving way too fast
For their world
We've gotta make this last
I know it hurts
To feel so all alone
I'm by myself
More than you could know

If only they were all alone
They were all alone(3x)

I ♥ Dashboard Confessional.

Movies:

V For Vendetta
Walk The Line
Boondock Saints
The Notebook
Man on Fire
Anchorman
Happy Feet
Grease

and many many more that I just don't feel like listing...

Television:

I don't watch TV much, but I like Degrassi & Family Guy. I like FUSE when they're not poisoning my brain with rap. & I love my wide selection of movie channels. J'adore eux.

Books:

I like the Georgia books (Angus, Thongs, and Full-Frontal Snogging, On the Bright Side, I'm Now the Girlfriend of a Sex God, Knocked Out by my Nunga-Nungas, Dancing in my Nuddy Pants, Away Laughing on a Fast Camel, Then He Ate My Boy Entrancers, and Starled By His Furry Shorts), and I like The Earth, My Butt, and Other Big, Round Things and Vegan Virgin Valentine.

But lately, I've been enjoying reading depressing stories. A while back, I read Black Eyed Susan, which thoroughly depressed me. More recently, I read Crank, a story about a girl who became addicted to cocaine (the author wrote it based on the true story of her own daughter). The last book I read was Perfect World by Brian James. That's probably one of my favorite books of all time. It was the story of a girl who's mentality was corrupted after her father killed himself, and her journey back to normalhood. Damn good book, I say.

Heroes:

My brothers are the big heroes in my life.

My oldest brother Paul is a big hero to me. He's fighting overseas in the United States Marine Corps, risking his life so that all the good-for-nothing scums in this country as well as the appreciative patriotic citiziens of this country stay safe and so that the war doesn't come stateside.

My other brother Brian is a big hero to me as well. He's the only person in my family who's gone to college and stuck with it. He's smart and is a genuinely good person all-over. And his great determination has really influenced me to be determined as well.
