DeWayne Wright, Youth Pastor...................THE VISION.... Agents Of Change (AOC) has been birthed to provide an environment conducive to meeting the needs of today's teenager. We will provide Biblical instruction on such issues as peer pressure, sex, drugs, alcohol, education, life skills, etc. We aim to help develop Christian character by teaching young people who they are in Christ and demonstrate ways to personally appropriate the Word of God daily in their lives. This will be accomplished through teaching, training and fellowship. Youth Pastor DeWayne is a young man committed to bringing todays teenager into a vibrant and relevant relationship with God through Jesus Christ. Under the leadership of Senior Pastor Lawrence Powell, Pastor DeWayne, affectionately known as P.D., oversees the Agents of Change Youth Ministry (AOC).................... Since joining the Agape staff in April 2002, P.D. has coordinated missions trips, camp retreats, youth conferences, and the True Love Waits purity program, which teaches young people the importance of sexual purity before and within marriage.................... P.D., a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, OK, and the American Broadcasting School in Tulsa, OK, is currently completing a B.S. in church leadership through Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL. He is happily married to his lovely wife, Courtney.
