WEST AKA Omar Gonzalez was born Dec 29 1983. As a young cat WEST knew he always had musical abilities, as a young child he began to play instruments such as the violin. He then began exploring new genres of music such as rock. With every passing day he became more knowledgeable about music and knew that their was more out their. As time went by WEST knew that he needed more than just a college degree on his shoulders and with the help of his boys he soon developed into a new mix of Hip Hop that incorporated east, west, north and south style of rap without loosing his roots of southern California. Although new to the game WEST has proven everyone who was skeptical wrong as his flow continues to progress. No doubt that this young man will have a future in the Hip Hop game and will make a name for himself.
