Well, as I have been told many a time, I am an 80's throw-back!!! LOL It really doesn't bother me because that was my most favorite era for the music scene which is a huge part of my life. I am a musician (guitar player) and have been involved with bands and performing since around 1980. In the late 80's to early 90's I was fortunate enough to be in a band that traveled the western states and perform weekly. Also I had the good fortune of playing (opening for) with such acts as War, Greg Kihn, The Guess Who, Country Joe & The Fish, The Dynatones and others I cannot remember right off hand. It was a fun time and I learned alot about the music business and the people who control/run it! I consider myself a pretty laid back dude who just likes to be happy. I like people who smile and are happy to be alive each day. I also love computers and do freelance web designing aside from my regular job. Once in a while I give guitar lessons if I can see a student really wants to learn how to play. As many of you know, I had a major battle with my health that lasted over 4 months and I am still battling to regain my strength so I can get back to doing the things I enjoy. Next month will be 1 full year without a beer, smoke or anything for that fact. I just can't wait to get back up on a stage and play music again. I crave it everyday. Peace out folks!
