According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution a tour bus carrying J-BO , Sean Paul and their entourage to a Columbus, GA show was pulled over by Coweta County Sheriff's Corporal Clinton Reynolds, who noticed that the bus had an expired Florida license plate.
"When I made contact with the driver, I was immediately hit with the odor of burning marijuana coming out of the vehicle," Reynolds said. "I told the driver I smelled marijuana, and I called for backup units."
Officers who searched the tour bus found approximately half a pound of marijuana, and two firearms - a Glock .40 caliber and Taurus .45 caliber.
According to Reynolds , the marijuana was in 11 plastic baggies hidden in various places on the bus, including an iPod box , a tissue box , a vacuum cleaner bag and a wastebasket. The guns were found under a pair of mattresses.
J-Bo, Sean Paul and the other twelve men were then arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of firearms. All fourteen men were released on bond on Friday afternoon ( June 2006).Site design by - Verb wit Productions
